We just wanted to reserve a time for our staff party, so we called 4 days early to book a lane and they told us to call back because it was too early. We also tried to reserve a lane online, which didn't work either. Then, we called back when instructed to and they told me to leave our information for them to call us back, which never happened. So WE called them back the next day, and lo and behold lanes were full for the time we wanted! Not cool! Figure out a better way to reserve lanes!June 13, 2016
